Experience with HTH Travel Insurance? CSA?

I'm looking for travel insurance. HTH Travel Insurance comes up most highly rated on squaremouth.com, but I've never heard of them, so I'd like to hear from this forum. about anyone who has filed a claim with HTH. I don't entirely trust the ratings, because CSA is well-rated, but I had a beyond-nightmare experience with them last year after I was taken off a plane for emergency brain surgery in Amsterdam. But what can I go with except the ratings? While I'm at it, anyone have bad experience with CSA?

Our university (46,000 students), which is a member of the Big Ten Conference, requires HTH insurance for all of our international study tours. Fortunately, we did not have to file a claim on either of the two European trips we took in 2010 and 2014. But it is a legit company and must be good because our Risk Management Office is anal about safety and security. HTH has a great app for the smartphone also so, if needed, you could easily locate hospitals and doctors. Lastly, at least for us, the cost of the HTH insurance was only about $1 per day per student and faculty member. Most likely so cheap because of a volume discount?
