Hi, I'm staying overnight at a hotel near London Heathrow. The web site says there is a shuttle from the airport to the hotels near the airport. What I don't know is if I have to have exact change for the shuttle?

If you're talking about the Hoppa Bus shuttle, you'll need cash, but the drivers usually have change available. We couldn't pay by credit card, however. FYI, it was 4.50 pounds paying on the bus, but our hotel did have a machine in the lobby to get your Hoppa ticket ahead of time, only paying 4 pounds that way.
