Eurostar non flexible fare

I want to get a ticket from Paris to London and other from London to Brussels, staying 5 days in London in between. I want to know if non flexible fares are applicable in this cases. I get confused because in the description on the fare conditions, it says "minimum stay 1 night", and then "compulsory same day return", and I don't understand when each of this conditions is applicable.
I hope that someone can help me understand this!
Thanks!

If you know what your exact travel dates are, simply purchase two separate one-way chunnel tickets via http://www.eurostar.com

If you purchase early enough you can get non-refundable/non-changeable fares at a big discount.

You can book cheap, non-flexible, single (one-way) tickets that do not require either a one-night stay or a same-day return at www.eurostar.com. Registering on the Eurostar site as a resident of the UK and booking up to 120 days in advance will get you the cheapest fare. (If you've already registered on the site as a resident of another country, clear the cookies from your Web browser and register again.)

The cheapest fare for Paris-London is 40 GBP. The cheapest fare for London-Brussels is 35 GBP.

But if I register as a UK resident, would they send me the tickets to my home in Argentina?
Anyway, I still don't get when the fare conditions are applicable. I entered the site, and I simulate a ticket booking, and that's why I started this post. I know that I can book online, each trip separate, what I want to know is if I'll have problems if I purchase the non flexible ticket, since I won't return the same day.
Thank you both!

Eurostar doesn't mail out tickets. You either print them out at home or pick them up at the train station on the day of your journey.

Natalia,

Since you're not traveling roundtrip between the same cities, you will need to make two separate bookings: Paris-London and London-Brussels.

Pick the lowest fare for single (one-way) non-refundable and non-exchangeable tickets for the departure times of your choice. No return is required.

It doesn't matter to Eurostar where you say you live. As Mike said, you can either print your tickets at home or pick them up at the station.
