EuroRail Reservations from Paris to Rome for Sleep Car

We already purchased our sleeper tickets on the EuroRail website and they delivered the hard copy tickets. Do we need to also make reservations in Paris for our overnight trip to Rome, even if we already have the tickets?

The tickets should include the reservation. Don't the tickets you received have your wagon, and room number printed on them?
