After two overseas trips when my elderly mother-in-law could not call us on our Slovenian or UK cellular telephone numbers I have at last solved the problem. We are about to set off for another trip to Europe and called my mother-in-law's long distance carrier to arrange a low cost call package for her. We already know the UK cellular numbers that we will use so we checked that service would be available. AT&T informed us that they do not have service to certain area code numbers in Europe. We have made other arrangements so that we do not have the problems that we have had previously. Have others had this problem?
