Europe the end of October beg November

I am looking at going back to europe for my 40th birthday the end of October. My dream was to be in paris for it....regardless of weather. I have heard Paris is very beautiful that time of year...a bit cool but very pretty.
We also would be doing a trip to Manchester to visit family so weather is less important for that

I was wondering where else would be nice to visit at that time of year. London, Venice, Prague, Vienna, rome???
or somewhere else?

Only have about 14 days in total.

If I had to go to Manchester I guess I would include a stay in London, rather than head down to Italy or to the East. I've been to London and Paris in late October a couple of times and the weather was always nice.

If weather is a factor in your planning for a November trip, then, in general, the central continental locations will be expected to be colder than London or Paris which are near large bodies of water that keep the temps from getting too low. Prague and Vienna will on average have colder weather than Italian locations that are farther south, and colder than Paris or London.
