Day 10 - Berlin
Day 11 - Leave Berlin at 12pm for Amalfi Coast
Day 12 - Amalfi Coast (Sorrento)
Day 13 - Amalfi Coast (Praiano)
Day 14 - Amalfi Coast (Praiano)
Day 15 - Amalfi Coast (Praiano)

Personally I think you've done a great job. You are going to see alot but have minimized 1 and 2 night stays which is good.

I assume you're intending to fly London Gatwick to Prague on a budget airline? You should leave mid-day as flying into any big city at night is difficult.

Have you considered flying into Berlin first? You could easily take the train down to Prague--about 220 miles.
From Prague, you can fly directly into Naples inexpensively on EasyJet.com--hopefully mid-day.
Unless you have a specific reason to spend so much time on the Amalfi Coast, I'd suggest you take the 150 mile fast train from Naples up to Rome for 3 nights. It's a great city that's worthy of a full week's time.

Thanks for the input David!! We are indeed flying London Gatwick to Prague on easyjet, the only other time it leaves that day is 9am, but we'd like to have a 1/2 day more in London. Unfortunately there is no flight from Prague into Naples on EasyJet.com, but thank you for the suggestion. We would probably spend one more day in Berlin, but there are no flights to Naples on Tues., so odd.

We may leave 1 day earlier for Rome, do you know if it is ok to wait and buy a train ticket the day of travel?

I do not think your time is too short; it's pretty standard for a first-time visit. I might give one night from Berlin to London, to equalize them. But another reasoning is to see Berlin more thoroughly, since it's more out of the way, whereas London is an airline hub to which you could easily return on another trip.

Thanks for the advice Laura, the hubby is big into the war history, so we decided on more time in Berlin.
