Testing the Forum with a quite a not quite Europe question,
Flight out of Toronto Pearson to Heathrow, but need to take bus from Buffalo NY USA to Toronto Union Station bus terminal, then transferred to Union Station to take the UP train to airport.
Ok, the question is;
“Are there lifts at Union Station between bus and train Stations”
We’re mid-70s and steps with luggage…not good…

Could you take Amtrak's Maple leaf train from Buffalo to Toronto, or don't the timings suit?

I was just in Union Station last week, but haven't seen the bus station. Here are the instructions however.

There are lots of lifts and escalators through the station. The main challenge I found was lack of signage, so I would try to leave plenty of time to find your way. It may be better laid out for catching the airport train. I was on a commuter train, and of course everyone just knows where they are going.
