Can I perches a paper pass through Rick Steves site or on the Eurorail site
I am looking for a 15 day flex pass for 2 Euro Global Pass Paper I would like
not to use the mobile app. It seems complicated

First, this is not a Rick Steves office. So call the Rick Steves office directly and ask your question. Second, you do need to do a little homework. A train pass offers flexibility but may not be the most economical to travel especially depending on the countries you intend to travel. You need to price you anticipated train route and compare to rail pass.

You can buy a paper version directly from EURAIL and select to have a paper one delivered to your house:

Delivery of a paper version takes about 8 weeks to arrive currently. EURAIL is based in Utrecht a town in the Netherlands
The Rick Steves site only sells it for use on an AP and no paper version.
