Our hotel made the reservations and sent us the code. Is that all we need to take to get an entry? I am printing out the email they sent with the code.

Yep! Well, you'll also need your Roma Pass if that's how you are "paying" the admission. Or money if no pass. We used the Roma Pass and presented our confirmation email + pass. Then we had to go sit outside for 30 minutes because they had a power outage! Once the lights came back on, they processed us through without any problems.
