need lodgings for approx 2 weeks near Ayr Hospital with Wi-fy, etc.
We want to be able to walk to the Hospital?

Have you contacted the hospital directly to ask for a recommendation? Both times in my life when I needed a place to stay near a hospital in a strange city, the hospital itself provided a list when asked.
