I just returned from a marvelous 3 week trip to England and Wales. I found out, after I arrived, that most Libraries have free internet access for you to keep in contact with your family and friends. Some libraries are closed one day during the week but there are always internet cafes with reasonable rates - about 1 GPB for 15/30 minutes.
