Hey everyone,
Ricksteves.com has european adapters on sale for $1.00 each (limit 5) and yes, he has both styles (continental and british). I bought the continental ones for my Italy trip and they were great. I just bought 4 for my Ireland trip. Even with the $6 shipping, 4 adapters for $10 isn't bad!! Just thought I would put up an FYI if you are looking for them.

I know but I'm going with my in-laws so hopefully I will be able to find 2 outlets in one room :) They get the other 2.

I found that the best thing is one adapter and one 3-way US extension cord. This way you can plug the adapter in the outlet that is ALWAYS too far away and can plug in your cellphone, camera charger, CPAP, Ipod charger, shaver charger, toothbrush charger, computer and all the other things with only one outlet and one adapter.
Next trip I'm bringing one of those power modules with 600 plugs.
