Princess Pupule, have you bought gift cards from them before?

I am a little confused since you have to choose a city during checkout (like Paris for example) and the item in the cart says "Gift Card Paris.". However, elsewhere on the site, it's listed that you can use the gift card in any location.

Got any idea which it is? I emailed them but not sure when they'll reply...lol

@william.douglas.allen, maybe this helps explain. It was the text as you get ready to purchase. Sounds like you purchase for a specific city but must ask to have it transferred at a later time if you want to use it in a different city. .

Please note that for any currency exchange, we will convert your credit to the value of the daily rates.

They actually replied already and here is their response:

Hi there,

Thanks for your enquiry. The gift card original has to be purchased
under a city of your choice. It can then be transferred over to
another city if needed or even used between cities for example half
Lisbon, half London. Just let us know if you'd like to trasfer it and
we can do that for you!

it's been couple years and they didn't have gift cards back then. i didn't know that's how they did it. someone else on forum (maybe horsewoofie??) bought them and could change city when ready to book.

Yes, very easy to transfer the gift card to another city. A couple of years ago I purchased a gift card for Prague & used it to book a food tour for 3. I had to cancel 1 person & received credit for the 1 person back on my gift card. When I was ready to use it in another city, I just emailed them. They responded quickly & I had no issues using the credit.

We've used their gift cards a couple of times, and have always been pleased. We had no problem switching to another city. When you book a tour, they payment choices will include "gift card." The payment process was seamless, which is good, because I don't even remember having chosen a city, much less which one it was!
