I'm traveling to Prague, Krakow, Eger, Budapest, Plitvice, Rab, Lake Bled, and Vienna from 8/30-9/19 and I'd like to know what to expect for weather that time of year. Also, I've heard it's humid - true?
Any other helpful ideas or information you have would be great, too!

Yes, its very humid....think Boston in August....and also lots of blood sucking mosquitos too. Be sure to get a room with aircon. You will not want to open the windows at night in a hot bedrooms since they do not have screens on them to keep the pests out. Even then, check around the room, especially the ceiling for any mosquitos that might have gotten into your room while you were away. Most folks there open the windows to air out the rooms while cleaning. Don't forget to wear your sunscreen and bug repellant.
