Currently in the planning stages for April 2020, and am still completely flexible.
We want to stay in the Amalfi Coast area for about four nights, and it seems that Sorrento will be the best area for us to stay. Will being in the area for Easter Sunday and Monday be an advantage or disadvantage?

Pat, have you got an answer from another forum regarding crowds, bus and ferry services etc about Easter 2020? Also planning trip to Amalfi coast Easter 2020

Did not receive any direct answers.
We were in Italy 2019 at Easter, and many things were closed Easter Sunday & Monday. We had wanted to visit a few wineries that weekend, but couldn't . Also, the crowds increased significantly in Venice on Good Friday, which is the day we left Venice. Also, it seemed that most folks were off work Easter Monday, and had gone to Ljubjiana, which is where we were by then.
For 2020 and Amalfi Coast area, we decided to go the week after Easter.
