I am traveling next week to the UK, then onto berlin, and lastly to paris. Should I be concerned about my travel in Berlin because now they are saying that this virus may not be from vegetables at all but from meat. How do we protect ourselves from this now?

I was in Paris last weekend and now traveling in Switzerland and very few people are talking about the e coli outbreak.

Looks like they're back to locally grown organic bean sprouts as the culprit.
