Hi
I have 2 tickets booked separately. One is from Canada to Dublin which is Westjet on May 6th then another for the same day from Dublin to Munich with Lufthansa. Since these flights were purchased separate I was wondering when we get off our plan in Dublin what procedures will we have to go through before boarding our next flight? We will have no baggage checked. It seems these airlines depart and land in Terminal 1 from what I have read.

I did something similar from the USA to Dublin and then on to Amsterdam. I am fairly certain I didn't have to go through immigration/customs control since I didn't have any baggage. So it would be similar to a layover anywhere else you get off the plane hang out for a bit and then wait to get on the next one.
I could be wrong, at London Heathrow I connected for a flight to Venice but there I had to go through security again but I don't think I went through immigration.
