Downloading Rick's MP3's into a Samsung MP3 player

I downloaded Rick's MP3 tour guides from the ITune's store, and they landed in the Podcast library of my ITune's player. I bought a little Samsung MP3 player to use with them. The Samsung wants me to use their Emodio Software to make the transfer to the MP3 player. I can't get this software to recognize the Podcast and move it to the Emodio player for download. I also downloaded the MP3 from Rick's site into a desktop folder, and the Emodio can't find that either. Does anyone have any suggestions before I pick the computer up and throw it across the room??!!! :) Just kidding. Thanks in advance. (And yes, I am computer illiterate and have never owned an MP3 player, IPhone, IPOD or any such material before)

Thanks, Steve. After further investigation, I found out that if you are going to use any other MP3 player besides Apple brand, you have to drag the files manually. So you open the Podcast in Itunes, open MyComputer, and drag the files to the MP3 player icon in MyComputer. Despite this, unfortunately, I got error message that these files are not recognized in this MP3 player. Samsung technical phone support says not compatible and won't work. So, I am taking them at their word and borrowing my son's old IPOD. I may try one more thing which is downloading afile from here rather than ITunes, putting it in its own file and seeing if that works when it is downloaded into the Samsung.

Everything worked fine when I downloaded from Rick's site, unzipped the file and downloaded the audio segments individuals. Hooray. Wish we were going tomorrow.

Wouldn't surprise me at all if iTunes had done some kind of file conversion so the files were no longer MP3 files. Glad you were able to work it out.

Steve, if you had read earlier replies you would have seen that the OP already worked the problem out and was able to successfully load his mp3 player.
