Has anyone flown with them? Anything particularly good or bad to say? Of course I know opinions vary a lot about airlines.
They keep coming up when I look up a Stockholm to LAX flights.
It is only for the Stockholm to London leg and then it would be with Norwegian.
I cannot find that many comments online...

According to Wikipedia, they ceased operations in 2009.
I had a problem a few years back where one of my flights showed up as being operated by a defunct Chinese airline when in fact it was operated by BA Cityflyer. It turned out the code had been reassigned and the search engine had the wrong data in their reference tables.

I'll probably continue shopping around and try to see if I can just fly Norwegian on all legs. Thanks again!
I'm thinking someone might have fat-fingered the code. Djibouti Airline was D8. Norwegian Air Shuttle is DY.
Most of flight aggregator services have a mistake - D8 is not Djibouti Airline - it is Norwegian airlines.
