We are flying to Amsterdam, hopefully with carry on luggage only. Does anyone know where to buy distilled water for a CPAP machine in Amsterdam?
Perhaps a pharmacy?
Hi Susan: We seem to be getting CPAP questions lately. I am a CPAP user. However, I do not use the hydration tank on the machine. I think that you would buy distilled water in Amsterdam in the same places you would usually find it in the USA. I suggest the grocery store or the pharmacy for starters. I can understand why you are hooked on using distilled water. You may want to consider using filtered water in case you cannot find distilled water. I was told that Disani brand water in the US is filtered and acceptable for use in a CPAP machine. See if you can buy a bottle or two after you go through security at the airport. I also use a CPAP. Unless you will be there for a long time, just skip the water. If you most have the water, I think you'll be able to find it. As a last resort, use tap water.
