I need to RENT a mobility scooter (3 or 4 wheeled cart for people who have difficulty walking) in Copenhagen and Oslo for a trip in August. Can you recommend any vendors? or links?

I don't have a link for you, but maybe it's worth trying the local authorities? I suggest that only because here in the UK the city councils rent out those scooters in shopping centers to people. The scheme is called 'shopmobility'.
Maybe they do the same thing (or similar) where you're going. Good luck!
