We are taking a cell phone to Italy and France (AT&T with European coverage). If I am dialing a number in Italy and I am physically in Italy, do I dial as I would from the US because of my US cell telephone #, or as if I am in France?

Diane, From hotels you phone card is cheap to use to call states,but I also used my AT&T phone at 95cents per min. It was well worth it to touch base while in ports on cruise. I checked with AT&T before leaving just to make sure how to dial since we had never done it before.
