Delsey TSA locks

Kevin, have you looked at their website? There may be a "contact us" feature. delsey.com or google "delsey tsa lock".

I've done that! Only found two sites that gave me instructions, but still didn't work. But, thanks anyway.

Kevin, Do not have Delsey locks but do have two other brands and they are both reset differently. Resetting the Delsey may be the same as one of them. Lock # 1. Factory set at 000. Set combo to that and pull out shackle. Turn shackle 90 degrees. (You may have to line up a know with a slot). Press and hold shackle down. Set dial to new combo. Return shackle to lock position and test the new combo. Lock # 2. Factory set at 000. Set combo to that and pull out shackle. Turn shackle 180 degrees. (You may have to line up a know with a slot). Press shackle in, hold shackle down, and rotate 90 degrees left or right. Set dial to new combo, pull our shackle, rotate 180 degrees. Return shackle to lock position and test the new combo. Maybe one will work.

Dear TC: Thank you! I ended up going to Macy's where I bought the luggage. I had two locks and the salesman (very helpful) took the instructions out of another Delsey luggage. He changed the first one to our new three digit code, but made an error on the second one. He ran back into the store and came back with another lock. I came back with three locks. My husband was able to figure out how to unlock the second lock and now we have three locks to travel with. Yes, I did find those exact instructions on the internet after the fact. Thanks again.
