DB Bahn Discount Card/OBB Nightjet

I'm in the U.S. and will be traveling to Amsterdam and from there taking the OBB Nightjet to Nuremberg. Would I be able to use the DB Bahn card for a discount on this trip? There are 10 countries listed as an option. I try to book the tickets and only Germany is on the list. There is also the International option but those are expensive. I check on the OBB website and it doesn't give any info about what trips it is valid on.

Looking at the Nightjet site, I see they take DB 25, 50, and 100 cards.

Remember, these discount cards only apply to the transportation portion of the ticket, not any sleeping compartments.

BTW, what are you going to do when you arrive in Nuremberg at 3:28 am?
