While I appreciate the principle of not flaming the newbie, can I gently suggest that this is a website about Europe (Witness the title, "Rick Steves' Europe through the back door), with a helpline entitled "General Europe", not "The greater Austin area" or "Texas".
Can I suggest that Lucie from Austin may be best placed to give the best answer?
In any case, welcome aboard to the Europe Helpline, and feel free to throw out any questions about Europe!!

Lucie, try www.tripadvisor.com and do a search for day spas or post a question. There is typically no domestic discussion on this site.
