Please tell me which tours (and dates) David will be guiding.
I joined him on Villages of Italy and would like to go with his group again.

You probably should write to the Rick Steves organization. Details here: https://www.ricksteves.com/about-us/contact-us
Although Rick Steves staffers drop in occasionally most of the participants on this forum are travelers such as yourself who want to help others.
In my experience, however, the office will not tell you which tours a specific guide is set to lead.
Tour guides often are not assigned to a tour until shortly before a tour begins. So unless you’re planning to join a tour on short notice it may not be possible to book a tour with a specific guide. I’ve found all the RS guides to be knowledgeable, personable and total professionals. I would suggest just selecting the tour you want to take and leave the guide undetermined.
Having said that, you can always call the RS tour office and ask.
BTW I agree David is a great guide. His food and restaurant suggestions were always great.
You won't be able to find out. RS company does not make it easy to shop a guide. Fortunately, they are all pretty darn good.
As Laurel mentioned, your best bet for accurate information on guides would be to contact the Rick Steves tour department. As I understand the process, the tour operations department may not assign guides to a particular tour until 4-6 weeks prior to the start of the tour.
If you can find a tour that David is assigned to that has one space open, that's about the only way you'll be able to book a tour that he's guiding. That scenario is highly unlikely as most tours are fully booked well before departure.
I've found that all of Rick's guides are excellent, so if you're interested in a tour just book it and take your chances with the guide.
