Customs traveling to Belfast City (BHD) via Glasgow (PIK)

I am going to Belfast, Northern Ireland in May for the sixth time and I've always flown directly into Belfast International before, but it seems as if they are no longer doing flights via Newark (ERW) and BFS. :(

So, my new flight plan is Columbus to Belfast via Philly and Glasgow, Scotland on American. My question is when will I go through passport control/ customs? I have a ticket on American Airlines to Glasgow and then on FlyBe to Belfast. It's a single itinerary, so I believe I should have a through ticket even though I'm switching airlines.

Any idea on what things will look like in Glasgow (GLA)?

PIK is Glasgow Prestwick Airport and neither AA or BE fly there. You presumably mean Glasgow Airport - GLA.

As you enter the UK in Glasgow you will clear immigration there. If you are able to check bags through to Belfast City you don't need to collect them.

American and flybe are not partners and American does not code-share on the Glasgow-Belfast route. It still might transfer you but I'd want to check in advance. Surprises at the airport are rarely fun.
