We are planning a cruise to start our vacation and have about 3 weeks to spare.. We will be departing Ft Lauderdale Sept 2020.. We are thinking of doing an MSC cruise that will take us to
Genoa, Italy Seen briefly
Malaga, Spain Never been
Lisbon, Portugal Never been (and I have lots of Lisbon ancestry)
Barcelona, Spain been here any many times
Marseille, France Been here but do not really want to go back..
Genoa, Italy
My questions are multiple.. One being where should we start..I always like to start at Barcelona bc we have a son with a disability and Barcelona is easy and direct however we have been there many times and need a change of pace. I have booked the cruise out of Genoa but it seems to get a little tricky to get there even from Rome. Thoughts?
The rest of our time we, as a family are opting for Greece! We would love to spend 2 weeks in the quieter areas of Greece in a villa.. Soaking up some sun and eating with the locals.. Thoughts?
We also thought of Israel but it might be too much travelling with kids ages 9 and 10.. That should probably be a trip on its own, im thinking!
I love this forum bc it always gives excellent advice. I put our trip to Europe last year with this forum and I listened to the experienced travels and Oh GOD am I so grateful that I did!!! Starting with LESS countries or more relaxing to how many luggages to take.. Im thankful to be part of this awesome community!
Sincerely
Martha
