What bank or financial corporation atms' don't require a credit card with chip-and-pin in Paris for a cash (euro) withdrawal?
All ATMs accept debit/credit cards with a magnetic strip (no chip & pin). It's mostly ticket machines at train stations that only accept chip & pin only. Don't strees out about it....you will be able to use you cards at 99% of the places that accept plastic.
