Which European countries are most affected by the emigration from the middle east?

How affected do you mean.. do you mean there are some immigrants /refugees passing through.. or are you interested in how it may affect travel by train and car.. because refugees are everywhere .. but not a problem most places.

My SIL lives in a small town in Germany.. they have refugees , but she says it has been no problem at all for them.. many of her friends and her collect clothing and other donations to help them. Do you want to help them ?

Also when is your travel.. because no one can predict which places may have issues months from now. Train stations clogged etc..

At the moment there is a heated discussion over here in the Netherlands on the »flood« of refugees. I haven't noticed anything in my daily life.

Turkey (part of it is in Europe), Greece, Italy, Germany, Austria, Hungary, Sweden. And then of course countries on the corridor: Macedonia, Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia. Since they built the fence Hungary is no more on the corridor. Other countries are also affected but by lesser degree.

Ilja is pretty much on target. "Most" is sort of relative. Per capita the Hungarians still have their fair share to deal with. The hardest hit might be the Greeks, Macedonians, Serbians; if for no other reason that they have very small and very poor populations. The least affected might be the Austrians and Germans because of their financial ability to deal with the situation; and regarding Germany the population numbers.

The Croatians and the Slovenians and the Austrians have been swamped much like the Hungarians were prior to building their fence and have all announced they are building fences of one description or another. Violence appears to be growing in Germany and Sweden in response to the influx of the migrants. I imagine the cold winter will slow down the flow and maybe give the Europeans time to develop an organized response to the situation.

We traveled through Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia and Hungary a couple of months ago and saw very little evidence of the migration. The worst was the trashing of the train station in Budapest. But I planned the trip to ensure that we avoided the migrant routes.

Having said all of this I haven't worried about traveling to Europe until I started planning a trip that included Germany. For some reason the growing violence there against the migrants and the Jewish community just sits bad with me and makes me feel very uncomfortable. But I don't think my feelings are particularly rational and I wouldn't suggest anyone let it color their decisions.

the most public manifestation in Italy is the increase in street vendors and mendicants. There are more and more young African men walking the streets trying to sell socks, tissues, handkerchiefs and so on, and every bar has a young man outside holding his hat in his hands begging for donations. This is even occurring in smaller towns, now, not just Roma.

There are refugee camps in some parts of the country, but not where most travelers venture.
