Are you on oxygen? How long can you walk/how many flights of stairs can you walk before you need to rest? This will help people give recommendations.

I have only been on a two group tours. But there was always an opt out option at any sight if people were feeling tired. But this doesn't necessarily avoid lugging your bags around or climbing a lot of stairs in your hotel.

Have you considered a cruise? It is easier to go at your own pace. There are usually elevators. And at each port you can decide if you want to walk around or take a bus/car your if you are feeling tired.

Or plan your own trip! Stay in hotels with elevators and hire local guides to take you around at your own pace. If you feel overwhelmed planning this, there are companies/travel agencies that will help you plan.

Paul, have you looked at the section of this website under "trip planning" which gives tips for travellers with disabilities? Talks about specialized tour companies and about bringing or renting a wheelchair or scooter.
