Hello, Does anyone have experience or heard about a cooking school in Europe that gives a more formal and prolonged training for cooks. I am hoping to go between October 2013 and March 2014. The countries I am particuarly interested in are Italy, Spain, France, and England. Any help or leads would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Walter
