Does anyone have a contact number for Terravision? The only way to contact them is via the online request form. Long story short:
Had booked a shuttle from CIA to Termini, only to find out later that CIA would be closed and I would be flying into FCO. Used the request form 4 different times over 3 weeks to try and find out what to do (meanwhile it promises a reply within 48 hrs). They finally replied and said the tickets are good from FCO - just inform the bus driver. Then a couple weeks later, got an email from them saying they wanted to look into the matter further and can I please send my flight number. I did. Haven't heard from them. That was August 17th. Sent my info again 7 days ago. - still no reply. That was about 2 weeks ago. I'm lost. I love using their services but this customer service aspect is horrible. Anyway, is there any way I can call?
