Connecting Flight Customs Question

I am headed to Prague on Sept 16 from ATL. I will have a 1 hours connection in Paris (CDG). Will I have to retreive my checked bag for customs or will it just ransfer as normal to the next plane?

In ATL you check your bags through to Prague and pick them up there.
