I am traveling for business from CVG to Amsterdam to Glasgow. I need a passport stamp for my work VISA. I assume I will get my stamp in Glasgow? I am reading conflicting information, some say you go through immigration in Amsterdam but some say you just head to your next flight? Thank you for any help.

In Amsterdam you will arrive in the non-Schengen section of the terminal and your flight to Glasgow departs from non-Schengen area, so you never encounter immigration. You only go through Schengen immigration of you have as connecting flight to a Schengen country and that occurs in the crossover to that section of the terminal, or exiting the terminal to Amsterdam
