Hopefully, you can catch this link on the charges that are now in effect and the that Easyjet will strictly enforce the carryon size. Effective date is 5 Aprilhttp///mail.easyjet.com/go.asp?/bEAS001/mFGNEYYF/u664$2201A/xD6713ZF
That is a bad, link I found this: http://easyjet.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4049/kw/carry%20on 56 x 45 x 25cm is a pretty small bag
FYI for Americans that's about 22x 17.5 x10 inches
That is actually larger than has been the US standard. The US standard has been 45" (l,w,d) and this is 49" or 50" with a little rounding. Wonder if it is a little large to deal with wheeled luggage.
jerry, Thanks for posting this! I had a look at the link. I expect to be travelling with EasyJet again this year, so that's good information to have. Cheers!
My RS 21" roller bag is: 23" x 14 1/2" x 9" (gross-included the wheels) EMPTY - or before any bulging from packing.
Let's hope that the size regulations are strictly enforced.
If people stuck to the rules, there wouldn't be so much of a problem finding overhead locker space for the carry ons!!!
...and I just got an Email from Vueling. We'll be flying with them in early June. "The rules regarding hand luggage are very strict at the boarding gate: You can only carry 1 item. The maximum size is 55x40x20 cm
It cannot weigh more than 10 Kg"
