I have a first class train ticket from Rail Europe Amsterdam to Paris for Monday departure. I want to depart a day earlier which is tomorrow. Does anyone know if the ticket can be exchanged and used one day earlier?

It depends whether it is a flexible or restricted ticket. Try calling Rail Europe for help on this.
