Central Europe

Hi, I'm planning for my 2 weeks trip to central Europe and here is my draft itinerary: - Arrival in Frankfurt - 1 night in Frankfurt - 3 nights in Berlin/Potsdam - 3 nights in Prague - 3 nights in Munich/Salzburg - 2 night in Basel - 1 night in Frankfurt
- Depart from Frankfurt But I'm also thinking about a trip to Budapest as well. Is it worth to make it there? Based on the plan above, do you recommend some changes to fit this in? Thanks

I think you are moving around quite a bit already with-out adding another city. You really may want more than 3 nights in Berlin, especially if one of those days is being spent in Potsdam. Perhaps cut Basel out of the list?

Thanks for the comment. If I can cut out Basel then I will have 2N extra. May I know which will be the best place I shall spend these 2 nights?

Thanks Jeff. Yes, I do consider Colmar as a day trip from Basel. About the Baltic or North Sea Coast of Germany, do you have any recommended cities to visit?
