I am visiting Europe in 2 months.
I have unlocked phone that I hope to use while I am there. What phone card is good for internet access and phone calls within Europe?

Even though you have an "unlocked" phone", have you checked with your home network to determine whether roaming with them would be a viable option? There's been quite a bit of discussion here regarding Cell phone use in Europe so rather than repeat information, you might do a search.
Regarding Internet use, be sure to check the rates for whichever network you decide to use, as data roaming in Europe can be very expensive!
