We’re heading to the UK and France next month. I take a CBD tincture (no THC) at night to help me sleep. Are there restrictions for bringing this into these countries? Thanks!

CBD tincture's can be bought at many high street shops in the UK and France and online so to avoid any potential issues it's easier to simply buy when you're at your destination. The potential for confusion and misunderstanding is too great in my opinion.

I would carry NOTHING of this sort on a trip. The downside is very very bad.
