I just drove past a Cal National bank, and they had a banner which said Travel the World... free ATM's. We'll refund any ATM fees you receive.
This is an FYI only. I have not done any research on this, but know this seems to be a popular topic.

Interesting, I have one of those near me. What would still concern me is: what % are they charging on the transaction? Free ATM fees is nice, but if they're charging 3% of the transaction, that's not nice. For SoCal people, Wescom Credit Union told me they charge $2 per transaction but NO percentage. That's the one I'm probably going to go with as of now, but I'll check into Cal national, thanks for the tip
