Does anyone know any bookstores in Paris that sell Rick Steves guides? I downloaded the Paris and Loire Valley guides onto my laptop from Amazon for pre-trip planning, but I'm not planning on taking the laptop with me. I'm living abroad so I can't just run over to the mall and get a hard copy. The mail can be really slow where I live so I also don't want to order a copy online and risk it coming after I leave.

Linnae, I've checked a few of the Bookstores during travels, and they should have some of the books in stock, although they may not be the current versions. If you have an iPod Touch, another option would be to download the free Kindle Reader and then download whichever books you want. Using the small screen is not an ideal solution, but it's tolerable and might be the quickest and easiest solution for those living abroad. Happy travels!
