Hi Guys, I'm flying out to England, Netherlands, and Germany to meet some current and potential clients of my software business. Though I have some contacts there, I wanted to learn more about the European software scene. Specifically, does anyone on this board know some good cities, and in particular, foreign networking events I could attend to help drive up business? I basically do nothing but software development, if that helps. As always, Thanks!

Doublin and Ireland in general used to have a lot of out sourcing and tech. However, last I heard they were having a major crisis there, so who knows... Most of the major cities have tech sectors as well. I have a friend who lives in Amsterdam with her husband who is a game developer. Other than that, I really have no idea. Ask me what the software scene is in Calgary, I know much more about that. :)
