Yesterday a 41 y/o male US citizen got caught on a shopping trip through the German city of Nuremberg. Reason: He was completely naked. The man stated, he just wanted to figure out how it feels walking around naked and thought a country as liberal as Germany would be an ideal place to test it. Police informed him that there are some things that don't have to be made illegal, that in some countries it is expected that you use your common sense. The man didn't get fined. So appropriate.
I guess he didn't demand that a sign be put up immediately which forbids nudity and until it was
done he was free to walk around nude?
