Business Class Guru

Hi all, has anyone used this company (Business Class Guru) before? Online reviews are good, but I am never sure how authentic those reviews are!
We want to use them from DFW to Rome next spring.
Thanks

RUN! RUN! RUN!

Most of these 'discount dealers" are selling miles which is a violation of every airline program agreement.

If it works you will get a seat, but...the airlines monitor accounts and these websites and you can find yourself out the money and STUCK!

Here's a thread on Fodors on another one of these type of companies

To be honest, a lot of posts complaining about Alpha showed up, but not about Business Class Guru. However, BCG could be a reincarnation of the former, which seems to have hit the dust. This could be a consolidator, but until someone few along with up to date info, it's buyer beware.

Carol has got it right: run, run, run from these scammy and dishonest would-be "gurus".

They are either:
1) selling you flights using someone else's black-market frequent flyer miles - a major violation of all FF agreements, very much prohibited by the airlines - who are actively looking for such scams, and they come down hard when they catch violators (kicked off the plane possibly at the last minute, no ticket, no recourse); or
2) they are charging you to simply book award flights if you have enough miles/points in a frequent flyer program - something you can do for yourself for no cost (assuming you have a big heap of miles).
Do not support these scam artists.

BTW, there's no such thing as "wholesalers" for business class tickets (except for those selling black market tickets as described above). Anyone who tells you they are a wholesaler for business class tickets is definitely trying to scam you.
