I plan to stop in Skopje for a day, then head to Prizen the next morning early in July. Looking for information on bus routes/times between the two cities. Hopefully there is someone familiar with this information, or has made this connection before that can help. Thanks!

There is a direct bus at 4pm every day. There is also a 11:30 bus on weekdays(not Saturday and Sunday). The trip should not take more than 3 hours.

You may find more options when you're there, which may have no information online.
Buses to Prishtina are much more frequent, so in case you find nothing direct to Prizren in the morning take a bus to Prishtina.
