Brussels local transportation - Christmas eve

We are planning to take the last train out of Paris arriving into Brussels @ 23:23 hours. will There be local transportation available around this hour on Christmas eve to get to the hotel (Near St. Catherine or near Grand Palace).

If its anything like the UK, most public transport stops early evening on Christmas eve. There should be taxis though, especially around the railway station.
