I love my RS spinner. But the handle no long goes up and down. I really love it. Is the only answer to buy a new one? Every once in awhile we can jiggle it and the handle will come up. THen to get it to go down, I push in the little knobs But this is not something that I can do -- only my husband. Can these be fixed or do I just need to buy a new one? I may switch brands if I need to replace because this is a relatively unused bag given that we've not traveled a lot during Covid. THanks for any advice.

Look in the bag on the side with the handle. There may by a zipper that allows access to the mechanical parts of the handle. If so, you may discover something amiss that you can fix yourself. If not, most good luggage repair shops (if you have some in your area) can do the job for you.
