what is the criteria of a boutique hotels and if i go to Israel and stay in tel aviv...what are the good hotel to look for first offered good service as affordable prices...i am on a research to find some of the good hotels in places like Israel, Turkey and others in Middle East.
If you want specific responses, you have to be more specific in your questions. What is "affordable" to you? Besides Tel Aviv, what cities are you looking at? ("Turkey and the Middle East" covers a lot of ground). And just how do you define a "good" hotel or "good" services? Good value for money, or with a great view, or having lots of shops and a great spa and restaurant, or having special services like a butler who will draw a bath for you, or something else?
For more information on Tel Aviv and Israel, the TripAdvisor Israel forum is very busy with lots of local posters: http://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowForum-g293977-i1733-Israel.html
Last year I stayed at The Diaghilev in the Florentine. It was like staying in someone's cool apartment. It's a two block walk from everything on Rothschild. In a former life it probably was an apartment building, but has been retrofitted and would be the perfect place to set up camp for a few days. Also, there was a bottle of cava waiting for us in the room when we checked :).
